Switching between exercises on the GCEC340B is a breeze with the easy-to-adjust pop-pin! For leg curls, simply pull the jumbo pop pin and raise the lifting arm to a comfortable starting position. Then, sit down, wrapping legs over the 8-inch foam rollers, and press down to perform seated leg curl exercises. To switch to leg extensions, pull the pin again to lower the lifting arm, position your legs behind the oversized rollers, and lift and extend legs to work the quadriceps muscles. Comfort is king on the GCEC340B, which features thick, comfortable, and durable Dura Firm™ pads and oversized 8" foam rollers. These pads and rollers are designed to withstand heavy use, avoid tears and scuffs, and, best of all, are easy to clean after sweaty workouts.
